Retired Marine Corps captain, Warren T. Wolfe, a local attorney gives a speech at the Havelock City Park during a flag restoration event, April 14, in Havelock, N.C. The flag painting was vandalized in March 2012, and Marines from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and members of the local community came together to restore the flag to its original state.
