Vice Adm. Richard W. Hunt, commander of Naval Surface Forces, addresses the crew of the guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) to congratulate them on a successful year of real-world operations and to thank them for their support of Operation Tomodochi and participation in the Thailand flood relief effort as Operations Specialist 2nd Class Ryan Enoch and Operations Specialist Michael Rummel look on.
