A student with the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group receives a direct spray of Oleoresin Capsicum, more commonly known as OC spray or its slang name pepper spray, on Friday, here. OC spray is a nonlethal weapon Marines may potentially use while on embassy duty. Marines are sprayed to show them how people might react to it as well as to let them know they have the ability to fight through the effects of the spray.
