(Right) 1st. Lt. Benjamin T. Rapach, engineer detachment commander, Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, gives a brief to Col. Scott D. Campbell, commanding officer, 15th MEU, on how the Tactical Water Purification System works during MEU Exercise, at Red Beach, April 5. During the exercise, the 15th MEU is using roughly 1,000 gallons a day for drinking and cooking. Using the TWPS, the daily requirement was produced in just about one hour. Rapach, 25, is from Marion Center, Pa.
