SIEN regularly brings together SPAWAR leadership with San Diego industry executives to discuss key defense-related issues. This particular conference focused on two key issues: Today’s budget environment and the Navy’s Single Information Technology Technical Authority initiative. As the Navy's Information Dominance Systems Command, SPAWAR provides the tactical networks, space systems, and C4ISR assets and services to enable the critical command, control and coordination required by fleet operators.
