The soldiers of Warrior Leader Course Class 12-007 recite the Creed of the Non-commissioned Officer during their graduation ceremony at McMahon Theater on Fort Carson March 29, 2012. Fort Carson boasts the first multi-component WLC, where Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard component soldiers work as small group leaders to train and mentor soldiers from throughout the Mountain division states.
