Capt. Jason M. Kikta, outgoing commanding officer, Communications Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, addresses the Marines during a change of command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 30. Kikta reported to Communications Company in March 2011 as the executive officer. He took over as company commander a few months later. He will serve with the Retrograde, Redeployment, Reset and Reconstitution Operations Group in Afghanistan.
