Jelinski-Hall visited multiple training sites and spoke with more than 600 California National Guard soldiers and airmen during the March drill weekend. California is just one of many similar visits she's made across the country in recent weeks. Her findings on troop morale, and their questions and concerns will be reported directly to Gen. Craig McKinley, Chief of the National Guard Bureau.
