Tarawa Terrace II Elementary School's annual character parade at Tarawa
Terrace, a Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune housing community, Feb. 28. The child was part of a class that was dressed as a forest of the trees, other classes held themes of other books such as Mr. Brown, from Dr. Seuss' "Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?".
