Juan Fernandez, outgoing MNC-I C7 director, Detachment 4, 420th Engineer Brigade, III Corps, unveil the engineer castle, which signifies the transfer of authority from one engineer unit to another, during a transfer of authority ceremony on Aug. 7 at Camp Victory. The 20th Eng. Bde. is the first element of XVIII Airborne Corps, which is replacing III Corps next year.
