An improvised explosive devise simulator strikes the head vehicle in a convoy lead by the 15th Security Force Assistance Team, 191st Infantry Brigade, 1st Army Division West, during a live-fire exercise at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, La., Feb. 20, 2012. Soldiers from the 15th SFAT are trained on their combat skills and are specifically tailored to ensure the safety of their team and their Afghan counterparts.
