Brig. Gen. Tony McMillan, commander of the 145th Airlift Wing, North Carolina Air Guard, welcomes Col. Michael Oberbroeckling, Air Mobility command inspector general, to Charlotte, N.C. Oberbroeckling is the team chief of about 60 inspectors visiting the base who will be checking safety, accountability and compliance within the units of the 145th Airlift Wing.
