U.S. Marine Lt. Col. William E. Arick III, commanding officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, briefs official visitors about the non-combatant evacuation operation site here Feb. 12. The official visitors included Melissa Foynes, regional security officer for the Kingdom of Thailand, and Brig. Gen. Craig C. Crenshaw, commanding general of III Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force as well as officers from six other countries.
