Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Agustin Manzanares, an intelligence analyst and native of Los Ojos, New Mexico, assigned to the 1st Space Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command, aims a M9 9mm semi-automatic pistol downrange and practices his trigger squeeze technique before firing the weapon during a joint command Best Warrior competition at Camp Williams, Utah March 21. Nearly 20 Soldiers from around the country have come together to compete in four-days of intense challenges ranging from 12-mile ruck marches, to weapons marksmanship, drill and ceremony, written essays, day and night land navigation and a host of basic Soldiering skills as they vie to rise above their competitors and claim the title of their command’s Best Warrior.
