Steven Glass, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, fires a modified M4 Carbine rifle in an Engagement Skills Trainer Jan. 9 inside the Training Support Center at Fort Carson, Colo. The new 80,000 square-foot center's entry area opens to a spacious hallway, which leads to a training coordinator room, a stadium-style call-for-fire training area and two Engagement Skills Trainers.
