A U.S. Marine CH-53 Super Stallion hovers over the remains of two U.S. Marine CH-53s during a memorial flight at Gadoria Range, Djibouti, Jan. 14. In 2003, one Marine pilot was killed and eight others were injured during a tragic accident while observing a B-52 Stratofortress exercise. The memorial flight also honored 10 service members who lost their lives in a separate accident involving two CH-53s operating over the Gulf of Aden in 2006.
