Petty Officer 2nd Class Adra L. Oglesby, Naval Aviation Survival Training Center instructor, helps special olympian Andy Delafield wrap himself up in toilet paper during the “dizzy mummy” event. During the competition, participants were challenged to wrap themselves in toilet tissue as fast as they could without breaking or tearing the tissue. After the event, Delafield shed light as to why the event is named appropriately. “I’m so dizzy,” he said.
