Class 2011-2 during the ceremony for their graduation from the Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program in Redmond, Ore., Dec. 14. The program's mission is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of 16-18 year old high school dropouts. Program graduates receive the values, self-discipline, education, and life skills necessary to succeed as productive citizens.
