A military ceremony is taking place where an active-duty Air Force officer in dress blues is presenting something to an elderly veteran wearing a 'Bombardment Group Association' cap and red, white, and blue leis. The veteran appears to be a World War II-era bombardment group member being honored at what looks like a commemorative event. Additional uniformed Air Force personnel are visible in the background.
