Crew members aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Alder, homeported in Duluth, Minn., load pallets of Christmas trees on the ships buoy deck for delivery to deserving Chicago-area families. Alders crew is acting as Chicago Christmas Ship, will transport the trees from northern Michigan to Chicago to be distributed to families by various charitable groups.
