Maj. Gen. Glenn K. Rieth, the Adjutant General of New Jersey, addresses families, friends and elected officials during a Salute to Troops ceremony for the more than two dozen soldiers from the 250th Finance Detachment, New Jersey Army National Guard, at the National Guard Armory in Flemington, N.J., July 9, 2011. The unit will deploy to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to perform disbursing operations, commercial vending services, military pay, travel and internal control functions for U.S. armed forces, U.S. government civilians and Department of Defense contractors.
