Maj. Milton J. Fontanez, the area security/protections operations and circulation control officer for the 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), receives the Meritorious Service Medal from Col. Bruce Jenkins, Fort Knox Garrison Commander, during the Fort Knox Retirement Ceremony, Nov. 23. Fontanez was one of six Sustainers to retire during the ceremony.
