Spc. Mcallister Larsen, a combat engineer with C Company, Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, remotely operates the Robotic Controller Kit, a remote operating system that can be attached to a variety of Bobcat loaders, during a tour of equipment being considered for integration into the Army at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., Nov. 18. The Robotic Controller Kit is part of a group of vehicles designed to engage improvised explosive devices from a remote location.
