THINEEYAH, Iraq: Lt. Col. Joseph Dore, from Charlotte, N.C., C Company, 199th Forward Support Battalion, tells a young goat, (Open up and say Baaa!) during a medical civil affairs project sponsored by 2nd Battalion, 156th Infantry Regiment, 256th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division. The medics made their final stop with a nomadic sheep herding family near the town of Thineeyah, Iraq. The family was very healthy and only required basic medical attention so Dore tried his skills as a veterinarian. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Thomas Benoit, 256th Brigade Combat Team Public Affairs)
