Sgt. Jonathan Hill, the air delivery chief for Landing Support Company, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), was presented with the Marine Corps League’s Sergeant Harry D. Myers Award at a ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Sept. 28. The award is bestowed annually upon an enlisted Marine within a combat service support element of the operation forces whose contributions have significantly impacted operations and readiness within the unit assigned. Hill, a native of Kansas City, Mo., is currently serving a one-year tour of duty in Afghanistan.
