1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division

Command Sgt. Maj. Ray Devens, Cape Coral, Fla. native, the most senior enlisted soldier in the 25th Infantry Division, was the guest speaker at the Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony held by the 115th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division. “You are now part of an ‘elite’ group known as the ‘Backbone of the Army.'”
