Marines and their families decorate canvas book bags during a 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion Spouse Club children's book exchange, at Del Mar, Oct. 15. After decorating their bags, the children were allowed to select books to take home and read with their parents. Before heading home, all guests were treated to ice cream with their choice of toppings. The Spouse Club plans to hold more book exchanges in the future, allowing the children to return the books and select new ones.
