    U.K. Royal Navy Cdr. Carol Betteridge, Role 3 Hospital commanding officer, and Maj. Gen. John A. Toolan, commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) and Regional Command Southwest, cut a ribbon to conclude the opening ceremony for the MRI center recently established in Helmand province.
