Cpl. Carlos G. Velazquez, an administrative clerk from Installation Personnel Administration Center, Marine Forces Reserve, grades the cadets in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps drill competition here, Oct. 8. The cadets were graded on the flow, continuity, look, and facing movements as a platoon. Some 500 cadets from 15 different schools showed up at the Ponchatoula High School JROTC meet to compete against each other in different marching, knowledge and physical training.
