Cpl. Robert J. The HAST will board a KC-130J Hercules and travel to the affected areas in Thailand to conduct assessments and determine the required HA/DR support. III MEF regularly trains to respond to natural disasters during exercises held on Okinawa and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
