Staff Sgt. Jason Skaggs, a 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) transportation coordinator, works out in the Griffin Gym aboard Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, during the early morning hours, Oct. 4, 2011. Skaggs works out multiple days throughout the week and has cut fried foods out of his diet during his year-long deployment.
