A MV-22 Osprey helicopter from VMM-254 prepares to lift off from Forward Operating Base Jackson, Sangin, Afghanistan, April 19, 2011. The Osprey was picking up U.S. Navy Adm. Michael G. Mullen, who came to visit the U.S. Marines and Sailors of 1st Battalion, 5th Marines who are currently conducting combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the International Security Assistance Forces.
