Lance Cpl. William A. Black, a Marine Air Ground Task Force planner with Marine Aircraft Group 16, makes his rack shortly after arriving on the USS Bonhomme Richard at Naval Base San Diego, Sept. 27. More than 700 Marines and sailors are participating in Exercise Dawn Blitz 2011, an exercise that will test 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade's capabilities to plan and execute amphibious landings.
