ALT-D coordinates, synchronizes and integrates Acquisition, Logistics and Technology planning and execution conducted by PEO/PMs and other acquisition enablers within Combined Joint Operations Area-Afghanistan to ensure these actions are nested within USAFOR-A’s operational plans and priorities for materiel fielding and science and technology insertion.
