An airman speed walks with water jugs during the second workout of day two of the 2011 Afghan Games at the Boardwalk Sept. 10, 2011. During the first workout of day two, participants had to carry water jugs 400 meters, flip tires 50 meters, perform 50 burpees, flip the tire 50 meters and carry a sandbag 400 meters. Afghan Games is an annual Kandahar CrossFit event held to test the physical fitness levels of participants.
