Soldiers of the 248th Army Band, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, play a song during the ceremony that marked the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. During the ceremony, the Puerto Rico National Guard Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Antonio J. Vicens and the Puerto Rico's Secretary of State Hon. Kenneth McClintock unveiled the Warriors Plaza Monument, dedicated to all citizen-soldiers, airmen who have served, are serving and will serve the nation.
