Maj. Gen. Bernard S. Champoux, commanding general of the 25th Infantry Division and United States Division - Center, and Command Sgt. Maj. Ray A. Devens, command sergeant of the 25th Inf. Div. and USD-C, presents a certificate of appreciation to a civilian contractor at the Lightning Dining Facility Sept. 9, 2011. Champoux presented the certificates to the staff to show the military's appreciation for a job well done.
