Sgt. Justin Puchalsky, a native of Dover, Del., hugs other Soldiers of Company A, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) out of Fort Drum, N.Y., during a memorial ceremony at Patrol Base Dragon, Iraq, May 26 that honored Sgt. Steven Packer. Packer was killed May 17 by an improvised explosive device.
