Airman 1st Class Diana Munar and Maj. Leila Von Kreitor, both from the 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group, take vitals on a patient at the Air Force Theater Hospital at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. Von Kreitor decided to join the Air Force after feeling helpless during the 9/11 attacks in New York. Munar is deployed from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and is a native of Lake Grove, N.Y. Von Kreitor is deployed from Andrews AFB, Md., and is a native of Staten Island, N.Y.
