The new Crash/Fire/Rescue building at the North Dakota Air National Guard base in Fargo, N.D., will decrease response time to any civilian or military aircraft emergency at Hector International Airport. The building meets high environmental standards and is certified LEED Silver. A dedication will take place at 10:30 a.m., Aug. 31, 2011.
