Cpl. Randal Phillips, a line pump operator with Marine Wing Support Squadron 274, mans the line pump for the hot refuel of an AV-8B Harrier at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, Aug. 23. The difference between hot and cold refuels is hot refuels are conducted with the engines running and from a system called the Tactical Airfield Fuel Dispensing System.
