Raymond Bossert, 648th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade deputy commander, addresses soldiers and family of HHC, 648th MEB during the unit’s Yellow Ribbon event held over the weekend in downtown Atlanta. Bossert briefly shared his knowledge on what to plan for leading up to a deployment with the audience that is preparing for HHC’s upcoming deployment.
