Michael LoGrande, Physical Disability Board of Review director, visits an Army Wounded Warriors program advocate at Fort Carson Aug. 9 during nationwide efforts to reach more than 70,000 injured post-9/11 veterans. The PDBR is re-evaluating disability ratings for veterans who served between Sept. 11, 2001, and Dec. 31, 2009. Only five percent of the eligible population has applied, said LoGrande.
