Laura Stultz, spouse of Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, chief of The Army Reserve, speaks to families during the 327th Engineering Company's Family Day Event at Onaslaska, Wis., July 17. She showed her appreciation by thanking them and offering help to families of the soldiers. Stultz is the founder of "virtual installation," a program that allows USAR familiy members who live far away from military installations to receive information about their soldier's unit or status. This is one means to deliver the same kind of support to USAR families that active component soldier families receive.
