    Petty Officer 3rd Class Joel Hallas, yeoman, assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown mans the rails as the tugboats pull the ship into Brisbane, Australia, for a port visit. Germantown and 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit recently completed exercise Talisman Sabre 2011, a bilateral command post and field training exercise designed to maintain a high level of interoperability between the U.S. and Australian forces.
