Shemeka Gulley, a logistical non-commissioned officer in charge, and a Jacksonville, N.C., native, both with the 4th Special Troops Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, led the crowd in the electric slide and the soul train line as the Masters of Funk performed on Contingency Operation Base Adder, July 11.
