Dan Miller and Terry Nugent, civilian employers of a Colorado Air National Guard member, observe the testing of an F-16 Fighting Falcon jet engine, July 9. Both Miller and Nugent are taking part in the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve day with the 140th Wing located at Buckley Air Force Base. Air National Guard members nominated their employers to take part in the ESGR day events, providing the employer an opportunity to experience what their support allows the guard to do as well as a chance for the wing to show their appreciation to them.
