A pedestrian bridge that fell into the Souris River collects floating debris in Minot, N.D., June 25. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, and the North Dakota National Guard are currently evaluating plans to remove the bridge from the river. The Corps will continue to provide technical assistance to communities affected by historic flooding.
