Brig. Gen. Frederick M. Padilla and Brig. Gen. Lori Reynolds stand at attention as Sgt. Maj. Gary W. Buck conducts the passing of the organizational colors to signify the change of command aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, June 17. Reynolds came to Parris Island from I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group and took command after Padilla spent nearly two years leading the Marines of the depot and Eastern Recruiting Region.
