Col. James W. Clark receives the regimental colors from Col. Bruce E. Nickle during the Combat Logistics Regiment 17 change of command ceremony held at the 11 Area parade field at Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 15. During a portion of Nickle’s two-year reign as the CLR-17 commanding officer, he also served simultaneously as the commanding officer of Combat Logistics Regiment 15.
